At K&g Truck Repair, we are committed to providing high-quality truck repair services. While we strive for excellence in every job, we understand that questions about refunds and returns may arise.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all truck repair and maintenance services are final and non-refundable once work has been completed. However, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and parts used.
Parts and Materials
For parts and materials purchased through our shop:
- Parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt
- Parts must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging
- Special order parts are non-returnable
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned parts
Service Coverage
Many of our repairs and parts come with manufacturer or shop service coverage. If a repair fails due to workmanship or defective parts within the coverage period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or parts:
- Contact our service manager within 7 days of service completion
- Provide detailed information about your concerns
- We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
- Resolution may include repair, replacement, or service credit
