Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using K&g Truck Repair's services, website, or facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

K&g Truck Repair provides professional truck repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Engine repair and maintenance
• Transmission services
• Brake repair and inspection
• Preventive maintenance
• Diagnostic services
• Emergency roadside assistance

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their vehicle and service needs
• Disclose any known issues or modifications to the vehicle
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Provide proper documentation for vehicle ownership when requested

Service Estimates and Authorization

All estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change upon further inspection. Written authorization is required before any work begins. Additional work discovered during service will require separate authorization and approval.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and business checks with approved credit
• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing
• Late Payments: Accounts overdue by 30 days may be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month
• Hold Harmless: Customer agrees to hold K&g Truck Repair harmless for any claims arising from non-payment

Warranty Information

• Parts Coverage: Manufacturer's service coverage applies to all replacement parts
• Labor Coverage: 12-month/12,000-mile coverage on all labor performed
• Service Claims: Must be reported within 30 days of service completion
• Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Liability and Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless K&g Truck Repair, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Customer's use of the vehicle after service completion
• Customer's failure to follow service recommendations
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed to our technicians
• Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our premises for more than 72 hours without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. K&g Truck Repair is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

Environmental Compliance

Customer authorizes K&g Truck Repair to dispose of used fluids, batteries, and other waste materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Limitation of Liability

K&g Truck Repair's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the specific service in question. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of K&g Truck Repair and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Termination

K&g Truck Repair reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason. Customers may terminate their relationship with us at any time by providing written notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in McLean County, Illinois.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and K&g Truck Repair regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
