All estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change upon further inspection. Written authorization is required before any work begins. Additional work discovered during service will require separate authorization and approval.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless K&g Truck Repair, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 72 hours without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. K&g Truck Repair is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Customer authorizes K&g Truck Repair to dispose of used fluids, batteries, and other waste materials in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
K&g Truck Repair's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by customer for the specific service in question. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of K&g Truck Repair and is protected by intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
K&g Truck Repair reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason. Customers may terminate their relationship with us at any time by providing written notice.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in McLean County, Illinois.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
